Terms of Service

1. The service

BoltProof ("we", "us") provides hosted software that encodes billing, pricing and subscription invariants as solver constraints and returns a proof or a counterexample, over a REST API, an MCP server and an A2A agent ("the Service"). By creating an account or calling the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep it verified. You are responsible for your account, your API keys and all activity under them. Keep keys secret; revoke any you believe are compromised. You must be old enough to enter a contract and must not use the Service unlawfully.

3. Acceptable use

4. Plans, fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. Prices and included usage are shown on the pricing section and in the docs. Usage above a plan's included checks may incur the stated per-check overage. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Taxes are handled by Paddle where applicable.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". The proofs and counterexamples are mathematical statements about the encoded rule model and the inputs you supply — they are not a guarantee about your production system. You are responsible for validating results against your own code and for your own decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the status page with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts there.
